Great place, very clean, nice double fronted Edwardian villa, spacious dining room for breakfast with bay window overlooking front garden. Very helpful and friendly landlady. Good location a pleasant walk along Wanstead High Street to Central Line stations at Snaresbrook or Wanstead into central London. Breakfast is self service, so can be taken at any reasonable time, and consists of a wide range of cereals, including healthy options, plus toast, with choice of honey, marmalade, Marmite; tea and coffee with fresh milk; yoghurts; fruit juice. You serve yourself so have as much or as little as you need. Highly recommended.

Fosters B&B was well-situated near the Central Line (a 10-minute walk and a 25-minute journey from the city-center. The bedroom and the private bathroom were correct for the price and the host very friendly. Nevertheless, we think that the continental breakfast was too scant (without a lot of choice) for the price required and the WiFi access too bad (it might be because we were on the second floor). A quite good stay anyway
