Clean, pleasant B and B close to Heathrow. Our beds were comfortable, there was a good shower and breakfast was cereal, full English and toast served in a nice dining room. All this at a reasonable price. Surprised it is only two star. We would certainly book Firs Lodge again

Firs Lodge offered lovely and clean accommodation, and definitely more than I expected from 2 star accommodation. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful and rang me about 20 minutes after we checked out to advise me my children had left some of their belongings behind! Would definitely stay there again, about 25 minutes from Thorpe Park which was the primary reason for our visit

Excellent for short stays. Clean and comfortable albeit a little small in room. However adequate storage for short stay and hairdryer and tea and coffee tray in room. Huge tv. Fabulous rear garden area. Would have like a little more breakfast choice but was tAsty. Breakfast needs to be a leisurely job as may need to wait for a table and awaiting cooked breakfasts to be done but wasn't a problem for us. Staff genuinely helpful and very friendly. Perfect place for short breaks for getting anywhere as literally 2 mins walk to the tube for straight access onto picadilly line. Also good for pre airport stay for Heathrow. Free parking too which was just perfect.

Clean. Comfortable. Courteous. Good English breakfast. Why is this only shown as 2 star? I've stayed in 3 star places not as good as Firs Lodge
