Although our room was a little shabby and in need of upgrading it did not over shadow the most warm welcoming, friendly and helpful staff at this convenient family run B and B. The freshly cooked breakfast was good along with the service and general atmosphere. I would recommend Firs Lodge which is ideally located for visiting Twickenham Stadium

I stayed 1 night here so I could be close to Heathrow Airport. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and it was a shame I was only there for one night as I would have liked to use their garden/outdoor seating, maybe in the summer! I will be happy to stay here again!

Had a lovely stay at Firs Lodge. The family are very helpful and the room we stayed in was quiet and spacious. It was ideal for getting to Central London and the breakfast was really nice. Would definitely book and stay again

I have stayed here before but I believe the hotel is under new management and everything has been changed. The hotel has great new carpets, new staff, walls are all bright and clean. A pleasant hotel. I recommend this hotel is a great place to stay with easy access to London and Heathrow via underground. The shopping centre is only a short walk away.
