Absolutely everything you’d expect from an upmarket hotel in Waterloo for a fraction of the price. Seriously, this place was better value than the Travelodge when I booked and completely tore strips off it. Room was spacious, warm and had all of the amenities I could want. The room had everything and I was really happy. Everything was easy, the staff were really nice and I had a brilliant holiday
