The location of this hotel is great, as its very close to Paddington and on a lovely quiet square. The rooms are a tad small as are the bathrooms, but I think they're pretty standard for London. It was great for my stay of a couple of nights. The hotel is pretty clean and nicely decorated and has very nice staff who seem to really want to help you. Overall, very satisfactory. I'd stay again.

My room was small and simple but clean, and the location was great, so handy for Hyde Park

My room was extraordinarily small, with no coat hangers and a rather dull brown decor and industrial curtains. The entrance can be missed, but the long haul up the flights of stairs (no lifts) is not enhanced by pretty awful tired red carpet. That said, toilet very clean and upgraded, staff at entrance pleasant and a nice surrounding area with cafes and decent pubs. For the money, Crown Hyde Park Hotel is just about value based on what you get and where you are. Could do with a refreshed decor, and a modernisation of colour scheme in bedrooms

Clean, tidy and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was very basic and not what we were expecting
