Cranbrook Hotel is good, hotel staff is friendly but should have provided more facilities like microwave, intercom, room service, fridge etc. Except breakfast nothing is available

Very cheap and nice for the price. It is quite far from central London but the transport access is not bad. The hotel was pleasant and the staff were very polite. My room was warm and comfortable but the decoration was not beautiful. I stayed here because the price was so low and I do not regret it; I had a lovely time

Cranbrook Hotel is near Ilford Tube Station, can walk within 10 to 15 minutes. I got room in ground floor. Although the weather is 12 Celsius, but the room is hot at night. However, the breakfast is great

Cranbrook Hotel was quiet and clean, however wifi service in room was very week, good and fresh breakfast. Far from London City by local bus. Staff was helpful and polite

I found it difficult initially in deciding whether to book Cranbrook Hotel giving the mixed review I came across; but am glad I did, because I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast I must admit in Cranbrook is wonderful and gets you going for the best part of your day. The staff are also very professional. I will surely return
