We were well received and well treated by receptionists and staff breakfast. The apartments are simple but clean and the environment is pleasant.

I was quite happy but there was a leak in the overhead water pipe constantly and one of the bed sheets had brown stain on it???? But it was warm and cosy and unusual.

This is an ideal location for travelling around London as only a short walk from Victoria station. Accommodation cheap and cheerful, ideal for short term stay as no kettle facility in rooms . TV worked but only got 1 channel, furniture very old and worn, and wardrobe very rickety. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the price you pay. Would go back but only for a short stay.

The location is very good. Very easy to find but the shower need to wait long time for water getting warm.

That was my first stay in London, so it's difficult to compare. But I understood that for a non expensive hotel the Colliers provide the necessary for a short stay. Rooms aren't all the same, some cleaner, some larger than the others.
