Central Park Hotel is basic but clean. Pack a jumper because the heating didn't appear to work on either stay (unless you want to sit in the tiny bathroom where it DID work). You might also need a kettle (I was promised one on my second stay but it never appeared although I did get a hairdryer instead?). Breakfast is DIY toast and cereals, juice and hot drinks. Some parts of the building could do with a bit of a tidy up

The room was small and clean. The lift was not working so it was difficult sometimes getting to my room. The receptionist need to be more welcoming the guest. I would book Central Park Hotel again because it is easy to get around London

Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff polite and helpful. It was good the hotel had free car parking, would book to stay again. Good location for transport links from Central Park Hotel to the city.

I didn't expect much for such a cheap price. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming with poor communication skills. The breakfast was a joke with burnt toast. Although the bedding was crisp clean and the bed comfortable, it was a miserable experience.
