A nice hotel from where you can easily explore London. Comfortable beds and very clean and tidy conditions. The staff were always friendly and helpful

The Hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from both Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had (101) was small, and we didn't much like the "wet room" which doubled as a toilet and shower area. We also thought the hotel was very hot, and we couldn't open the window. When we returned after a night out it was stifling. We turned the CH off but had to open the door and wait for the heat to subside before getting to bed. Breakfast was no more than poor to average, and again there was too little space

I booked the hotel on behalf of three other people. I didn't stay at the hotel but the guests were very satisfied with their stay. Not being there myself makes it difficult for me to leave a fair rating but they were happy. 

I really enjoyed my stay at Central House Hotel. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great and there a variety of choice. Good value for money, brilliant location

The room with twin beds was really small but tidy. We had a little bathroom with a shower and everything worked just fine. Not a luxury hotel, but for us it was adequate for one night. The continental breakfast was ok. The price is a little bit steep but the location just a few minutes from Victoria station is excellent

We had a very pleasant one night stay in Central House Hotel. We arrived early and a very pleasant young man let us leave our luggage and gave us transport details to get to our next point. Checking in later on was easy. Our room was small but clean and had everything we required. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely use this hotel in London again

I booked a room on the Saturday night as we were in London for my boyfriends birthday. It was absolutely great! Great location, quick and easy check in, clean, modern and the room was lovely. (a little on the small side but as we were only there for one night this was fine). Staff were really friendly too. Can't comment on the breakfast as we were nursing sore heads but when we come back we'll definitely book Central House Hotel again and try it out! Thank you

Great customer service on the part of the receptionists. They were willing to help and offer services way beyond their duty. Big thumbs up. The room was also very comfortable and the facilities in general are excellent. Keep up the good work
