This London hotel was very clean and breakfast very good and hot. We asked for extra pillows and got them straight away. The hotel is ideally situated. I would definitely book Carlton Hotel London again

Had a very enjoyable stay at Carlton Hotel London. The location was brilliant and we travelled to all parts of London with ease. Breakfast was nice, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the showers were hot. Job done!

This hotel was not clean at all. The room had an unpleasant odour and a very uncomfortable bed. I could not sleep that night! I would not recommend it to anyone of my friends - it was a very unpleasant night.

I will definitely stay this London hotel when I come back London again. Good points: 1-2 minutes from station, so convenient, clean, and has a good bed mattress (not too soft). Maybe too small for a big person in the bathroom but for me 155cm person is just fine! Bad points: my room kettle was something wrong. No dryer(I had one), difficult to open the window(but a fan on the cell) Anyway, I like this hotel

Carlton Hotel London easy to reach with the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow and close to St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston Station. Very urban atmosphere. Room was on the 4th floor. Lift did not work

We would absolutely never ever suggest this place. The elevator did not work and we had to lug our suitcases up to the top floor without any help. When we asked the front desk about local tours we were waved away. The bed was horrible and to top it off, there was gum stuck to the top of the bathroom door.

Carlton Hotel London is clean and comfy but the only problem is the stairs. We both suffering from knee problems and it's agonising climbing the 2nd floor room. As if we are climbing Mt. Everest. We have to stop and rest several times and catching our breath at the same time. When I book I try to request the lower level but unfortunately nothing available so the reception said. But we did have a great time

Room and bathroom was small, but comfortable and clean. My aftershave was broken after placed on the shelf above the sink due to the vibrations from the train line. Noise insulation is non existent and I could hear the neighbours talking all night. The all you can eat cooked breakfast was nice. Reception staff were friendly & helpful and overall I was happy with my stay here.
