Carlton Hotel London Reviews

Stayed one night at Carlton Hotel. Found it clean but basic which was a reflection of the price. Breakfast ok. Then onwards to Chelsea Flower Show. A good 2 days.

I found the staff in this hotel friendly, the room itself was clean and tidy, the bathroom was the only thing that let it down because of the small size. The breakfast was good, I normally do not eat a fried breakfast but I did enjoy it. Traffic noise was loud but is to be expected being so close to Kings cross railway station. A really good value hotel, I would stay there again knowing that I would be able to relax and be so close to all the attractions, some updating would be nice but don't be put off.

Clean, no frills hotel in central London - ideal for a single night stopover. All-you-can-eat full English breakfast put me in good stead for the day ahead. Free WiFi accessible from 3rd floor! Just a bit noisy from traffic on Euston Road.

The hotel was at a good location, just across the road from Kings Cross Station. The staff seemed quite nice. Surprisingly due to it's location, the room was sound proof and I wasn't bothered by unwanted noise at all from the outside. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, but was satisfactory. The English Breakfast was great value and tasty.

Good Location. Comfortable rooms with good heating. Poor TV reception and furniture needs some upgrading.

This was a nice hotel , friendly staff and clean rooms. Would definitely go there again and for a bargain price

Carlton Hotel London was a good stay for us, we were pleased with what we found here. Will recommend and stay again, especially for the location

The location was really excellent for myself and my family due to the proximity to Kings Cross St. Pancras, where we had arrived from via train. We really only needed a hotel room to sleep in, so we weren't overly concerned with other facilities. The staff here were friendly and the hotel was clean

Staff very friendly and helpful; room clean and tidy; only problem was the shower which only produced a small amount of luke-warm water when switched on, even after I'd waited a while for it to warm up
