Carlton Hotel London Reviews page 6
Great location, as soon as we came out of Kings Cross at 10pm the hotel was right there. We had a quad room, two double beds lots of storage space and a TV. The bathroom was very spacious. Lots of clean towels and they were changed every day and beds made. Tea, coffee was available which was nice. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The all you can eat cooked breakfast was great and you could eat loads, also lots of toast and cornflakes, juice and fresh tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend staying there and we will certainly come again on our next visit to London
Clean and close to underground station. Can be noisy at night as it is close to main street. Excellent breakfast
Very good location near Kings Cross (especially for late arrival in London). Facilities basic but adequate and clean. Bed surprisingly comfy! Breakfast okay
Great place to stay in right across from the bus, underground and train stations. The rooms were nice and clean. The only draw back is breakfast though, overcooked bacon and sausage, but over all it was great, I love it there, and the staff were really cool
I enjoyed my stay and found it good value for money
Not bad.Lift very small 2 people, bathroom even smaller, just managed to fit in to be truthful. Breakfast ok
Having never visited London before I wasnt sure what to expect from the Carlton Hotel. At a hundred pounds a night I was very let down. Room 24 on the third floor was a disgrace. 3 beds shoved into a corner room and the en suite bathroom was extremely small to say the least. The only plus point was the location of this hotel brilliant for all the places we wanted to visit. Personally I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Staff at Carlton Hotel were friendly, food good. But broken lamp and drawer handles and cold shower on first morning.
A cheap hotel in a convenient location. Room was of an adequate size but the bathroom was more like a closet. However, as I was a single traveller it didn't really matter. The room was clean and tidy, coffee and biscuits replenished every day and breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down side is the traffic noise from Euston Road.
The location was excellent for catching the Eurostar from St Pancras International, which is easily walked there without luggage. The hotel was noisy, a bit run down, and breakfast was a bit ordinary. The night staff were very helpful.
