I have enjoyed a visit in this London hotel. Room was carefully cleaned every day, well equipped and breakfast was tasty. Nothing to complain about

Our room at the Britannia Inn Hotel was immaculately clean and modern. Had everything in room we required, bed very comfortable and shower powerful. Handy kitchenette shared between 3 rooms for extra tea/coffee supplies or for continental breakfast in the morning if you don't want to go to the restaurant. English breakfast lovely. Small but really good quality choice of other items like muffins, cereal, jam, nutella etc. Only negative at breakfast, orange juice was concentrated and restaurant too small. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Will stay again soon

Was very surprised, very nice clean hotel in Ilford, was staying in new block so had access to garden, staff on breakfast time very polite, food nice, and girls spoke not only in English, will definitely book Britannia Inn Hotel again

The bedroom was small, bathroom smelled; the shower door did not shut so flooded a bit. The breakfast tasted reheated, the room key would reset itself after 12 hours and the bedroom smelled of smoke from people smoking outside. The staff were also rude and unapproachable.

Very nice friendly hotel in London excellent large clean room parking couldn't have asked for any more for the price. Breakfast was sound also

The bed was clean and fresh but I didn't feel very fresh with the carpet. It felt a little sticky or oily to my feet. The bathroom smelled fusty and there was black mould in the sink and the shower. The breakfast time began at 6 in the morning and I heard the door closing loudly because the staff worked very hard. The breakfast was good compared to other budget hotels I have visited. Comprehensively, it was an ok London hotel for the price

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nice room too with an amazing bed. Would definitely recommend Britannia Inn Hotel

The room was nice and clean we had a family room that held 3 adults and 4 children with no problem. The room was cheap and included a lovely breakfest in the morning. The staff was very helpful in directing us the right way or suggesting ideas for us to do. Lots of shops and train station just outside the hotel, and also a beautiful park that was great to entertain the kids. I would definitely recommend Britannia Inn Hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy London and not pay an outrageous amount for a hotel
