| The Boulevard hotel is a great base to stay in the heart of London. It is easy to walk to Oxford Street and Hyde Park.
The staff are always ready to help you in any way they can and Paddington station is only 1 min walk from hotel from where you can take Heathrow Express which takes less than 15 mins to the airport. |

| I stayed here for 2 nights last week - rooms tiny but clean. Boulevard hotel has a great location, no lift, bathroom small, but fine. Highly Recommend. Average continental breakfast included. Staff friendly |

| It was great staying at Boulevard Hotel...Staff was really friendly and always ready to help you.
Rooms were smaller then Usa while all hotels in London have small rooms. The room had it all you need with lovely satelite channels and it took us hardly 20 mins from Heathrow to Hotel. |

| The hotel is very well located it took us 20 mins to reach hotel via Heathrow Express from Heathrow Airport to Hotel.
The staff was really friendly and rooms were well equiped.
It was hardly 2 mins walk from Paddington tube station and I will definately book Boulevard Hotel whenever I will visit London again. |

| The Boulevard Hotel is a really good place to stay. It is easy to get around london from here..It is small neat and clean and the staff are very helpful. Good basic accommodation for a very fair price. The breakfast is fine for those who do not want the usual "full english". I would highly reccommend the Boulevard |

| London is extremely expensive, and the Boulevard Hotel is a great b&b for the price. A lot of people commented that the rooms are very small... if you're used to North American hotel rooms, you 'll find this to be the case. European hotel rooms are always very small by comparison. This place was modern, neat, and very clean. Good location. Recommended! |

| Boulevard Hotel was perfect for a few nights stay! The breakfast was nice, with tea/coffee and orange juice, cornflakes and lots of toast with butter and jam. The rooms were on the small side, but clean, and the TV was ace! Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms made for a pleasant budget stay. Would book another stay with TravelStay, and I am hard to please!!! |

| We stayed at the Boulevard hotel a few nights ago, I have to say it was a very pleasant stay. The room (small double) was quite small, but it was clean and it was great to find that the furniture was modern and that there was wooden flooring instead of carpet. Breakfast was simple but for the price we payed it was fair. The staff were very friendly and I will definately stay there again. The Boulevard is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed at in central London. |

| The Boulevard Hotel is a great hotel for students and if you are on a budget. I didn't want to stay in a hostel, and so the boulevard hotel was a great substitute. I stayed in a small double room. The rooms are small, but they are clean. There really isn't much space for suitcases except at the front of the bed, so don't pack much. The breakfast at the boulevard hotel was not spectacular-just toast, cornflakes, coffee or tea and orange juice, but it was enough to start the day. The boulevard hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms on the front of the hotel look directly out onto a very busy bus stop-the first night was a bit noisy, but I got used to it quickly. It was really close to Paddington, so using the tube was very easy. There are lots of little cafes in the area around the boulevard hotel which are much cheaper than anything in the tourist area. And there is a little Tesco 3 or 4 blocks further away from Paddington station which was ideal too. |

| We stayed this B&B for 4 nights just a week ago. We booked one double room. We had no problem at all during our stay. Although the room was small and breakfast was really simple - 5 slices of toast (for 2 adults), a glass of orange juice & a cup of coffee/tea. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay this comfortable B&B. You won't be dissapointed. |

| Boulevard Hotel was a fantastic place to stay for anyone who doesn't require lots of amenities. The rooms are quite small, but very clean and have both a TV and a blowdryer. The hotel is only 4 blocks from the big Paddington tube stop. It was perfect for exploring London. I would most definitely recommend Boulevard Hotel to any budget conscious traveller. |

| A very nice hotel, with a friendly staff, the only minus is that the 'small double' really is quite small. |

| We stayed at the hotel in August 2004 for 11 nights altogether. I would recommend it to everybody - the room is OK (very-very small!), the staff is helpful and friendly. The surroundings are very good - bus and underground close to the hotel, good indian restaurants... One thing to improve though: the duvet could be cleaner. Inspite of this I am going back soon... |

| I was extremely impressed with Boulevard Hotel for the price. Right in the heart of the bustling city and a stones throw from Hyde Park, perfect for live events. The hotel was clean, had one of the nicest en-suites I have seen for the size and a Sky tv. It was more than we bargained for! A definite 10 out of 10!!! I have just seen that it is classed as a Bed and Breakfast! This is by far the best B and B I've seen! |

| For some of the lowest prices in London, Boulevard Hotel is an excellent choice. We stayed there five nights on our last trip to London and were VERY impressed. The rooms are a bit small, but recently refurbished, immaculate, and stylish. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a nice continental breakfast, and there are flat screen TV's in every room. The neighborhood is also a plus -- lots of restaurants and close to Paddington. I would recommend Boulevard Hotel to every traveller on a budget. |
