Stay was absolutely o.k. Room clean, big cupboard for clothes, clean bathroom and shower, fresh towels every day, small tv, breakfast sufficient, friendly staff. Yet if one wishes DVD-player in the room one should ask

Staff at Boston Manor Hotel were wonderful. Arrived at 3pm to find laundry still in hallway. Showered and went out for the evening. Room clean. When we returned, room had no main light working. Also room was very cold. Window was cracked and the radiator was not working. Reception was helpful in offering a convector heater - but only had one foot so was reluctant to leave it on all night. Had to wait for seat for breakfast, and had to wait for milk for cereal. Food was nice. Once again the staff seemed to be doing the best with what they had got. Ultimately, I would sleep here again, but wouldn't expect a 2 star hotel. In fact, it's more a bed and breakfast

I thought the Boston Manor Hotel was a great option for me and my wife. It was in a good location, close to Ealing town centre and very easily accessible to the centre of London. The room was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the décor in the room, little out dated but it was great value for money that décor doesn't matter that much. They also have large free parking which we took advantage of. I would stay at Boston Manor Hotel again.

Boston Manor Hotel is great value, clean good breakfast would stay again if in area. My sons also stayed and thought it value for money
