My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.Thought reception staff excellent - consistently patient, helpful & courteous despite it being extremely busy at times. Great location & overall terrific value for money.Will definitely recommend

Location - very central, easy walk to many attractions. Bedroom - industrial carpet, furniture and bed ok, plenty of power sockets, excellent wi-fi. I slept OK despite background London hum. Freeview TV was great. Bathroom - tiny shower, soap and shampoo provided, chrome flaking on shower soap dispenser and not enough hooks for towels, taps difficult to turn off. Dining - no food on-site while I was there

Simple, straight forward accommodation. Clean, warm, reasonably quiet. Straight forward check in / out. Ideal location for central London; culture, food, transport

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. There was no hot water on Saturday night. Staff were very helpful and pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay at Bankside House TopFloor. Great location, very friendly staff, good infrastructure, and easy check-in and check-out process, it all made our stay very enjoyable. Also value for money was great. We will surely come again during our next stay in London

Generally very clean and functional. Suited me well. Comfortable bed. Main criticism is air conditioning unit noise. With only male toilets on entire floor there may be insufficient bathrooms for rooms without ensuite facilities. Television very old

Overall a good choice. They only cleaned the room once the day after we arrived- that was curious. We finally swapped out our towels with the cleaning crew but never saw them again. Also, rented a fan, but left too early in the morning and couldn't get our deposit back. Staff very nice

Positive: Excellent location. Room clean on arrival. Good value for money. Negative: Room not cleaned for duration of stay (4 days). No replacement of tea, milk, towels in room. Reception staff disinterested and unhelpful. Long delays at reception on entering and leaving hotel

We had a very enjoyable time. Bankside House is very central for galleries, restaurant, historic buildings that we were out all day and only came back to sleep
