Clean hotel, friendly and very helpful staff! Rooms were a little bit small and we had problems with the heater (one night cold, the second night very warm). Breakfast was ok (toast, flakes, orange juice, tee, coffee, jam etc.) but breakfast room was definitely too small. Well, you get what you pay for, but for a few nights it is ok and reasonable

Very satisfied as I was a bit worried after reading some of your other comments. I had asked for two single rooms on lower floors as my friend and I are pensioners. When we arrived we were given a family room each on the ground floor, both en suite. Clean beds and shower plus clean towels every day. Breakfast room could do with being a bit bigger but good choice of cereal at breakfast plus juice and as much toast as was required. Some of the staff spoke little english but all were polite. Desk staff very helpful. My friend complained about missing hooks on her curtain (she's fussy anyway)The manager offered to rectify it straight away. I would go again

Hotel staff were friendly. Our room was clean and towels change every day of our 3 night stay. Would recommend if you require a budget hotel in a good location

Conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff. Don't take attic rooms. Breakfast pretty poor quality

Airways Hotel is a very friendly hotel with very helpful staff. Clean and tidy bedroom (although small). Clean towels every day. The hotel is good for a few days stay although we did find breakfast very busy and the breakfast room was quite small. Soon ran out of cups, glasses, cutlery, but the staff were very helpful and as soon as you asked for replacements they arrived. The hotel is in a very good location for Victoria Station and coach station. We would stay again

It was ok since we were out for the whole day and will come back late at night. We just needed a place to sleep, put our luggage and bathe for the rest of our stay. The only thing that I have observed is that they had no initiative to replace the bed sheets and pillow cases. It was a seven day stay and we have requested to replace the bed sheet on the third day of our stay but no action was made. On day one of our stay, I had bedbugs bites in my body! This only proved that the bed is not clean and old as well, they should replace the mattress, the spring / coil can be felt when lying down so when you wake up in the morning you are not relaxed but you get back pain because you just slept in a steel bed not a comfy soft bed

Considering the price this was very worthy of 5 star rating. Owners were nice and helpful and the room was very clean with all you could want.

I liked the clientele and thought the owner was making big improvements to the Airways. The location was great though, being near Victoria Station

Thought the room was very spacious and clean. Staff all polite and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.
