Very good hotel awesome value
Fine location and environment, friendly service. Rooms quite small but clean. Good value for money.
Excellent hotel, cracking location, only 10 mins walk from Victoria Coach Station. The breakfast was also excellent, choice of 5 cereals, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fruit salad, cheese, rolls, croissants and the usual toast and jams. It was very clean and rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied, no need to bring your own. I had room 204, and the only draw back was that the bed was up against the wardrobe which meant it could not be opened fully. The room was a little small, but was adequate for 2 or 3 nights. A hook on the door for coats and a towel rail in the bathroom would be useful. This is why I've given it four stars. Definitely would recommend this hotel, excellent value for money
The room was perfectly adequate for our needs. We stay at this or the Hanover Hotel regularly when seeing bands at the O2 academy at Brixton.

I can't recommend this hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and had booked 2 double rooms with private bathroom. Our room was dirty, even for London, really small and the bathroom was a nightmare - I didn't use it! If you're staying at Airways Hotel - don't take room no. 202! My parents were also angry - the housekeeping painted their windows while we were in the city and when we came back the whole room smelled awful and there was no possibility to change the room.
The Airways Hotel is a really nice budget hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location. Would definitely stay there again
Really nice accommodation, everything clean, tidy, wonderful location, 2 minutes walk from Victoria coach station, breakfast is just simple. Friendly staff. Very good quality and price,I would recommend the place
Clean hotel, friendly and very helpful staff! Rooms were a little bit small and we had problems with the heater (one night cold, the second night very warm). Breakfast was ok (toast, flakes, orange juice, tee, coffee, jam etc.) but breakfast room was definitely too small. Well, you get what you pay for, but for a few nights it is ok and reasonable
Very satisfied as I was a bit worried after reading some of your other comments. I had asked for two single rooms on lower floors as my friend and I are pensioners. When we arrived we were given a family room each on the ground floor, both en suite. Clean beds and shower plus clean towels every day. Breakfast room could do with being a bit bigger but good choice of cereal at breakfast plus juice and as much toast as was required. Some of the staff spoke little english but all were polite. Desk staff very helpful. My friend complained about missing hooks on her curtain (she's fussy anyway)The manager offered to rectify it straight away. I would go again
