There is an old saying, if you pay two star prices expect two star quality, and this is just what you get. The hotel is tired and in need of some tlc, the bathroom in the room was dirty, the curtains had holes in them and the windows looked as if they had never been cleaned. The breakfast room was far too small for the people who were staying, and on two occasions we had to go back to our room and await somewhere to sit; the breakfast itself was poor with only toast and very limited continental food. The saving grace was that we only had three nights there and being in London there was plenty to do to keep us away from the hotel

We wanted clean accommdation close to the Victoria area. Despite the many negative reviews on this hotel. We found the hotel room adequate for our two night stay. We requested a room at lower floor level, and this we recieved. The breakfast was ideal and supplied most of what to expect for a continental breakfast, along with a good choice of cereals. For a short stay it ticked all the right boxes for us

Quite an enjoyable stay, very helpful staff

Staff are helpful, however not friendly. The cup in my room was dirty, I had to wash it myself. The rooms are too small, the breakfast mediocre, the stairs way too narrow

This is my fourth stay at Airways Hotel. Location is good, staff are always very friendly and rooms are clean. Would not hesitate to book again

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. I only stayed one night but I would happily stay again, decent size room that was clean and comfy. Close to the coach station and 10 minute walk to the tube, overall very good. The breakfast room a bit tight though

Good hotel, clean and good breakfast

Hotel is in a good location, next to Victoria where you can find buses for all airport destinations. Walking distance to main attractions such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. However, the hotel was very loud and squeaky. The staff made minimum effort, but reasonably clean and cheap

Comfortable budget hotel, clean, excellent shower. No lift so need be lower floors if elderly. Ideal position for coach station and trains
