It was comfortable but an unhappy experience as the TV did not work and staff could not fix it. The towels were changed but there was not duvet cover. Staff were rude when I asked for one.

A very comfy hotel in London, nice and clean. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of choices. Bathroom was clean albeit small but not a problem. However, we showered in cold water and were not happy. complained twice but not listened to so definitely not happy with customer service there! One other problem is there are no lifts so if going right to the top as we did, it was a bit of a trek! All in all a nice stay

At the 27 Paddington Hotel, the room was tiny but clean. The bathroom was newly refurbished and shiny, as well as well designed. The service was friendly and competent. Breakfast was European style (cereal, ham, salami, cheese, hard-boiled egg), perfectly fine. I would book there again if I had a reason to stay near Paddington station.

27 Paddington hotel was nice and very central and good value.  The rooms are small though.

Ok London hotel. Served its purpose as all we did was sleep and shower there. Only had one thin pillow each and when I asked for another (as most people sleep with 2 pillows) I was asked why do I need more than one? Did get another one so we had 3 very thin pillows to a double bed! Good location though

My room and en suite bathroom was spacious for single accommodation. It was very clean and the facilities had everything I required. There was a choice of items for the continental breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. For a centrally located hotel the room and hotel was relatively quiet. Thought it was value for money.
