Nox Hotels West Hampstead is somewhere I would definitely recommend. It's simple and straight forward to find and is located in a nice area surrounded by everything you could possibly want such as supermarkets, resteraunts and pubs. Above all else, your getting great value for money as it is really cheap but really nice. If I'm to visit London again, Nox Hotels West Hampstead is where I'll be staying

The room was clean at Hampstead Suites. Some of the furniture is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable. The staff welcoming and helpful

Stayed for 11 days in deluxe apartment at Hampstead Suites. Faults not rectified; no air conditioning-safe deposit box did not open. Smaller concerns, one fork for two people? No sink plug with water backtracking into shower . Reported concerns on leaving to reception looking for a% rebate but reception just invited me to fill in feedback form and have nothing from stay? However, a lot of positives; cleanliness, friendly staff, a good size property if only everything in information worked! I did report the major faults on my second day there

We found the accomodation particularly convenient both for transport to central London (underground, overground and railway) and for the room itself which was equipped with a small kitchen. It was also clean, the linen was changed every day, we enjoyed our stay at Hampsteead Suites very much

Hampstead Suites was generally good, but the wooden floor had a couple of marks
