 The rooms at Ashdown House Accommodation are basic single rooms with wash hand basins. You will share toilets and bathrooms with other people staying on your corridor. Also, rather than waste loads of money on eating out every night, you can cook in the shared self catering kitchens that are well equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and kettle. Other facilities you will find at your disposal on site include a coin operated launderette and payphones so you can phone home.

Bed linen and towels are provided by Ashdown House Accommodation. These are changed once a week during your stay, when the communal areas are also cleaned. • By Train : The closest train station to Ashdown House Accommodation is Brighton Train Station. You will need to catch a taxi or bus from outside the main entrance to get to your accommodation.
• By Car : Travel on the A23 and get onto the A27 eastbound, heading towards Lewes. Exit at the junction signposted Hollingbury Industrial Estate and turn right at the mini roundabout onto Coldean Lane, heading towards Coldean and Ditchling. Ashdown House Accommodation will be on your left hand side. It is part of a halls of residence complex called Varley Halls.
• By Bus : The number 24 bus from Brighton city centre will take you to Coldean. If you get off the bus at the Ingham Drive/ Hawkhurst Road bus stop you will only have approximately five minutes walk to get to Ashdown House Accommodation.
