Stayed at Best Western Burns Hotel before, single room, compact, clean. Near Earls Court Tube. Lovely breakfast included. Only downside creaky floorboards

Best Western Burns Hotel was good and single room was upgraded to double. However, I made the booking with yourselves to include full English breakfast but when I arrived at the hotel I was told breakfast was not included

We only stayed 1 night and the room was very clean except the toilet which had a nasty smell coming from the toilet. We mentioned it to the reception staff who said they could not move us and would pass to management. Because we were up early and it was only a 1 night stay, we did not make a fuss but I thought there should have been some management feedback to us as in ie a free breakfast before we left.

The room was comfortable and very clean but the window couldn't be closed properlyand this made me sleep quite bad especially cause of the noises from outside. The staff have been really kind and efficient

The stay at this hotel was fantastic, as soon as we checked in we were informed that, having booked on TravelStay and we had been upgraded to an executive room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was a twin room with seating. The beds were very comfortable. We found all staff to be very pleasant & professional. The breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from, ranging from a help yourself continental to full english. The Best Western Burns hotel is also in a great location close to an abundance of shops/ restaurants and 2mins walk from Earls Court Tube. Overall a very pleasant stay, Thankyou
