 At The Riverhouse Backpackers you can stay in a single bed in a shared dormitory room that sleeps 4-6 people, or a private twin room (although these are in short supply). Your bed linen and towels are provided and you will share showers, toilets and wash basins. Although continental breakfast is free, there is a well equipped kitchen so you can cook your other meals and save money for exploring Cardiff. You will also find a pretty decked garden with BBQ area to relax in and free newspapers.

• By Train : Cardiff Central Train Station is within easy walking distance of The Riverhouse Backpackers. Just follow the by foot directions below once you arrive.
• By Car : Exit the M4 at junction 32 and get onto the A470 heading for Cardiff City Centre. Follow the signs for the city centre and this will bring you to North Road with Cardiff Castle on your right. Follow the road round to the right onto Castle Street and take and immediate left onto High Street. This will turn into St Mary’s Street. Turn right into Wood Street, cross over the River Taff and take an immediate right onto Fitzhamon Embankment. This is where The Riverhouse Backpackers is situated.
• On Foot : Once you arrive at Cardiff Central Train Station you should take the main exit, walk up the street to your left and turn left into Wood Street. Cross over the River Taff and the first turning on your right is Fitzhamon Embankment. This is where you will find The Riverhouse Backpackers at number 59.
