My stay at the w14 was fine. Perfect staff, room compact but spotless and one of the best showers I have ever used. If I had business in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to book the W14 Hotel London.

We chose The W14 Hotel London because of it's proximity to Charing Cross hospital, my husband needed to have an operation there. We only booked for one night but due to a delay we had to stay another night. The staff were exceptional, so helpful kept a room for us and even made sure we were on a lower floor, for easier access. The room, the first night, was good the second better still. The breakfast room was pleasant and the food plentiful. I would like to thank all of the staff for making what could have been an distressing situation as pleasant and comfortable as it could be. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London and would look forward to returning

The W14 is very nice! We stayed 2 nights in a triple and had enough space for ourselves and our luggage. The en suite bathroom was perfect. The hotel is close to the tube and yet located on a quiet street.

We had a very enjoyable stay at W14 Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for an overnight stay. W14 hotel is in close walking distance to Hammersmith Apollo, where we found plenty of eateries on the way. Staff were courteous and helpful, checking in and out was done quick and efficiently. Breakfast was basic but good value, in fact the whole experience was positive, we will certainly book W14 hotel again when coming to London for shows and concerts. Ideal location, friendly staff and a really comfortable bed, thank you TravelStay and W14, it was a very pleasant stay.
