Beit Hall London is set in a very clean, modern environment and the location couldn't be more convenient for the Royal Albert Hall. The greeting on arrival was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful although the venue to this was set in an adjacent building across the road and a little congested. For the price I paid it was very good value although it appears this was a 'special offer' and I'd normally find staying here on the expensive side.

The most important facilities in my hall of residence were: the kettle, to have breakfast in my room; the phone; the wi-fi area; the restaurant next to my building. Sometimes however the place was too noisy, because of the loud music in the restaurant, and the loud voice of people talking in the restaurant or in the garden.

Really enjoyed the stay at Beit Hall - excellent value and friendly people1 Would re book again and would not be afraid of going on my own - a big consideration in these days of security etc., Breakfast great and location amazing - can I suggest a few things? Some local info would be good - didn't know where to go for coffee or meal, until I found the other end of Exhibition Road, and found lovely coffee shops etc., Plus your reception staff are great - so helpful and unassuming. But the service and friendly service at Beit Hall was brilliant - please let the staff know - they do a great job with very picky people!

The room was very nice, good value for sure, the noise really let the whole experience down, often being woken up in the night, so on that I don't feel this would be suitable in the future

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but rather run-down (furniture scratched and chipped, marks on the walls etc.). The breakfast was the low point - there was inadequate space both to be served and in seating and the food was not of a very high quality. Overall, I could see why the cost was low but, equally, it would have been hard to find anything cheaper.
