Do NOT stay here. Our pre-booked four-day, two-room experience was awful and included broken windows resulting in a frigid room, unresponsive and untruthful staff, rooms two floors apart, luggage left in the reception area instead of being moved to a new room as promised, no telephone in one room, bathroom with no towel rack, another bathroom with no light other than the one in the shower, TV’s that either worked intermittently or had sound that came in and out, no internet access as advertised, no hair dryers, irons or ironing boards in rooms as advertised, staff who acted like you were bothering them every time you came to the reception area, loose carpet on the stairs that caused one of my kids to trip and fall, and just generally run down facilities. The ONLY plus is the location and since there are plenty of other hotels right in the same area, there is no reson to stay in this horrible place.
