Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby provides you with really affordable accommodation 10 minutes walk from historic Exeter city centre. Situated on the landscaped grounds of the University of Exeter Streatham Campus, these cheap rooms become available for you to snap up during the university holidays. You can stay here on a room only basis in a centrally heated single room (with or without an ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin), a twin room with shared bathroom or a double room with ensuite. 		Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby are situated in the beautiful 350 acres of parks, woodlands and gardens of the University of Exeter Streatham Campus which you can explore. Exeter city centre is a 10 minute walk or short bus journey away. You can visit 13th Century Exeter Cathedral, take a tour of the city, or head to the popular Quayside to take a boat trip on the river Exe. Exeter is also crammed with a fabulous range of shops, bars, restaurants, two theatres and lively nightlife destinations.

Directions


	•	By Train	:	The closest train station to Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby is Exeter St David’s. The University of Exeter Streatham Campus (where Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby is located) is approximately ten minutes walk from here. If you have lots of luggage you would be best to catch a taxi from outside the train station.

	•	By Car	:	From the M5 leave at junction 30. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A379 and follow the signposts for the University of Exeter Streatham Campus where Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby is located. From the A30 leave at the Dawlish and Marsh Barton turning. At the large roundabout turn left into Alphington Spur and keep going and going until you reach a very large roundabout. Take the third exit onto Bonhay Road. At the small roundabout turn right into St David’s Hill, then second left into Hele Road. Turn left again into New North Road. Take 2nd right into Streatham Drive and fork right into Prince of Wales Road. You will find Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby here, on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus.

	•	On Foot	:	From Exeter St David’s Train Station take the main exit and walk along the right hand side of the car park where you will meet Bonhay Road. Cross the zebra crossing turn to your left and take an immediate right into the St Clement’s Lane passageway. Walk up the hill to St David’s Hill, cross over this road and walk straight up Howell Road. Cross over at the next zebra crossing and turn left. Take the next main right hand turning (Streatham Drive), follow the fork to the left and you will be on the University of Exeter Streatham Campus where Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby is situated.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high standard of accommodation at Pennsylvana Court. The room and en-suite were very clean and welcome pack was unexpected. I certainly will be recommending campus as a place to stay.

Hmmm... It was a very nice to stay in Pennsylvania Court & Lazenby. Room is clean and spacious enough, refrigerator, tear-coffee set in the room, quite new “Ikea style” furniture, smart and very helpful personal. Full English breakfast – very tasteful, especially mushrooms, in comparison with other place where I taste it :) in UK. And finally reasonable price for all of it. Only few things that sometimes disturb a mind: 1) For first time visitor it’s not easy to find reception that located in “Hope Hall”, should be better inform about this before arriving, on the web site for example to put about this few words. 2) TV absent in the room. Sometimes it’s good to get rest from TV, but better to have a choice and can see at least News on TV.
