Again, we had a great stay at the Shaftesbury Piccadilly hotel. The room was faultless, and the staff were most helpful. A shame the lifts were out of order, had to use the service lift which was fine all the time people remembered to close the security grill, otherwise you were left to walk the four flights of stairs. Not a major problem, but not good for those with walking difficulties. Would definitely use this hotel next time we are in town.

Era un po’ piccolo, ma carino e pulito. Ben arredato. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Tutto il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Solo 10 min a piedi a passo veloce dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ristoranti e negozi nella zona molto carini.

Ottimo soggiorno al Shaftesbury Piccadilly, pulito e in una posizione ideale. Il personale era molto cordiale. Ci torneremo nuovamente.

Shaftesbury Piccadilly è stato un buon hotel.. la colazione era appetitosa e la posizione era giusta. Il letto era comodo.

Hotel was good in terms of comfort and service. Rooms had everything you needed and staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately due to its position on a busy road, it was very noisy and, although the curtains were very dark, there was still a lot of light being let in at the top of the curtain rail making it very difficult to sleep
