I stayed, along with my 3 boys at Sandra's B&B for 6 nights. I wanted to write a review because we had such a fantastic time. We were made to feel very welcome, the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The kids said they were spoilt rotten by Sandra, my 11-year-old said Sandra cooked such delicious breakfasts and looked after us so well that we should do the same for her. So thanks Sandra, we'll certainly stay at Old School House again if we go back to Edinburgh

Very welcoming hostess and generous breakfast. The accommodation is in a separate part of the house, with a sitting room and bedroom

Quirky place, nice area park and shops nearby. Facilities adequate for 3 star, but no hair dryer. Need ear plugs for the traffic in the morning if light sleeper and in twin bed room. Breakfast, nothing too much trouble. On bus route for centre city
