High Street Hostel has a great reputation for being one of Edinburgh’s most atmospheric hostels. The Shared Kitchen at High Street Hostel		The shared dorm rooms at High Street Hostel sleep from 4 to 16 people. The shared showers are always hot! You can cook in the large shared kitchen and eat in the dining room where you’ll find a pool table, juke box and nightly movie sessions. Nightly entertainment is also provided in the lounge. 	•	By Train	:	High Street Hostel is only a few minutes walk from Waverley Train Station, Edinburgh’s main train station.

	•	On Foot	:	Once you arrive at Waverley Train Station you should exit onto Waverley Bridge and turn left. At the end, cross over the road and go straight up Cockburn Street. Turn left into High Street (part of Edinburgh’s world famous Royal Mile) and then turn right into Blackfriars Street. You will soon spot High Street Hostel on this street.

I have stayed there for one night but it was quite fun, relaxing. It is really near the centre and it is quite cheap. I think you get the feedback of your money and even more.

I travelled with two lady friends and we had bad experience in a hostel of Glasgow. So when we had finished our trip to Skye, they were considering to give up the deposit and switch to a hotel or something. But after checking through the condition of the High Street Hostel, they thought it's fine. Hooray anyway, High Street Hostel rescued me.
