I stayed at the Nayland Hotel London to make my journey with my daughter to Great Ormand Street slightly easier. The staff made my ordeal more bearable. They were so accommodating, kind and understanding. They went out of their way to help me. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were really comfy. I just wish I could of stayed longer!! So friendly and just what we needed. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back

I was only at the Nayland Hotel London for 1 night (bed and breakfast). Staff were very polite and helpful. The single room was small but adequate: the bed comfortable and I slept better than I thought I would, since the room overlooked the Sussex Gardens road. Continental breakfast a bit disappointing - very watery orange juice. Fortunately I wasn't very hungry as I had attended a dinner at Lords Thursday evening and was going out to lunch with family on the Friday. Reasonable price for London

it was a nice London hotel but room was to hot, dont know why because there was no heating on but apart from that Nayland Hotel London was ok
