Across the hotel, the quality in terms of aesthetics is very high and reasonable for its price, room was nice and warm, bed was quite soft. However the customer service at Kensington Rooms hotel was poor.

Kensington Rooms Hotel crew was very polite and careful, which I really enjoyed. Room was quite cold, luckily I had an air heater in the closet but I sometimes felt this wasn't enough. Probably best to visit in the summer. I had a big TV mounted on one wall, but without a remote so I pretty much enjoyed BBC News while I was there. Overall a 3/5 with huge chances of improvements since all my annoyances were either easy to fix or winter-specific

I didn’t think this hotel was the best for the price. It was nearly 100 pounds for my room but it wasn’t clean. The bathroom was also super small and could have been more clean. The carpet could have done with some hoovering and the window needed a clean and I’m no expert but I think it needed fixing too, but the bed was okay and that was my main concern. The location is great though, it’s well near Gloucester Road and right in the middle of London. I got around great and me and my friend had a blast

Hotel fabric is a bit dated and jaded but perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. Loos and wash facilities clean but again jaded. Staff helpful and friendly, continental breakfast; not the line up of meats you might expect but nevertheless breakfast was fine. Walking distance to museums and Albert Hall. Good Italian restaurants within metres (we ate at 11pm no problem). Good value, would have no hesitation in returning to Kensington Rooms Hotel, Our rating is based on the overall experience including location, convenience and facilities
