Firstly, I was first given a room which was in a mess, then I was given a room which was already occupied, finally I was given a room which were more or less clean. Secondly, the cleaning of the room was done only the first three days, the last three days nobody went to clean the room or to simply empty the bin. I think the standards of cleanliness of the Vale Village Rooms are very low

Shower holder in room broken, no kettle, cutlery, bowls etc in the kitchen so not much point in booking self contained. My colleagues window would not shut, another colleagues blinds would not close making it difficult for her to change her clothes and shower. These are examples of what we found on our stay
