Apartment was very good. It was clean and comfortable and the location, close to Euston Station was excellent. Some pointers for improvements; the toaster in the apartment would not switch off, it was a fire hazard. We expected check-in to be 1200 to 1300, but on arrival we were told it was 1400. Also the taxi driver bringing us to the apartment from the hotel where we checked in was rude when delayed as we were getting our bags. Overall though, the apartment and the service was very good

Excellent. Spacious and in the centre of London. We had a power outage in the area and the person at the emergency contact number was very helpful.

The apartment was better than I had thought it would be, spacious clean and very easy access to tube and shops. The heating was a problem and the hotel did not explain how to access the apartment building but these were dealt with by the contact efficiently. A brief pack should be in the room with local shops. We will use them again ideal for a family.

We were very impressed with the apartments but had a bit of trouble checking in, we received no info from the check-in hotel, I asked the receptionist whether we should have any paperwork. With the result that the taxi driver did not know where to take us, we arrived at the apartment and did not have the access code. It was rather inconvenient having arrived at St-Pancras and then getting to the check in hotel (eventually with the tube lines not working) and then coming all the way back, almost to our starting point.

Spacious and well-equipped flat great for a family to enjoy their holiday stay in London. One of the windows didn't shut properly, which will be an issue in winter. The gap in the corridor before reaching the LDK area is not so visible - you may want to change the colour of the carpet on the lower floor to highlight it and avoid any accident for kids or elderly people. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!
