I stayed at the Dylan Kensington hotel for 6 weeks due to work commitments. The staff were friendly unobtrusive and accommodating. The studio room although a little shabby, was comfortable and with the kitchenette area allowed me feel like I was at home at the end of very long London days. I'm sure once the room is redecorated it will be even better. Overall it was great value for money and I would stay there again

I booked a night at Dylan Kensington while I was there for a Chelsea game and it was a good choice. As for a room, I have to say it was ok for the money we paid and situated close to stadium 20 min walk, Tesco 24/7 just outside apartment and Earl's Court Tube Station 5 min walk. Room nice and clean.no much noise. Nice relaxed. Staff very friendly

It was cheap and in a good location. Quite quiet too, which I like. Communal areas could do with some work, but my room was clean and adequate. Not luxury, but you get what you pay for with London accommodation

I like my stay in this London hotel but I don't like that they don't have elevator because its hard for my mother to visit me at 3rd floor without elevator
