Staff pleasant at So Sienna Hammersmith. Room ok pretty basic. Water coming through light socket in bathroom so unable to shower as no window and could not turn on light, staff informed and apologetic, however reception down two flights of stairs and a walk around the corner and along the road so did not report till leaving. Pillows were dirty also. Good location and average value

I reserved So Sienna Hammersmith for my 2 daughters travelling alone. At the arrival at the check-in desk the operator confirmed that the two girls were allowed to stay there alone, verifying my declaration and my documents to be sure. They contact me to have a further confirmation. I really appreciated the care they took over them. The room was as we expected, very pleasent and really close to the Apollo as we asked for. They enjoyed very much the stay and sure will come back
