Staff was actually helpful at Allinace House and the room was clean and quiet. But my first guesthouse card did't work and I had to get it changed. And wifi access should be simpler

I couldn't believe that I got a room in a 4 star hotel for just over forty quid. Well impressed with that. And it's very close to the airport, which was what I needed, so it met all of my major needs. The hotel feels like a quaint, old, farmhouse-style bed and breakfast and is really lovely. The bed was the comfiest I've stayed (better than my bed at home), the decor was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding, the whole place was clean and the staff were delightful. I'd love to book Alliance House again. It really was a pleasant place

Everything was really clean and spick and span except the kitchen which had been used by other guests and not cleared up. I suppose that’s normal though, but you’d think people would be a bit tidier. The location was great for me but the tubes are a little far away. Other than that, virtually perfect. Like I said, clean, homely for a student place, everything in good working order and a nice modern building. Good price too

Great London accommodation at a very good price. Although not particularly close to a tube station, there were several within walking distance. Room was clean and functional. Very powerful shower. Kitchen had lots of amenities but was cluttered with a lot of students stuff ie food stuffs, utensils etc, but other than that an all round good stay
