A nice clean bed and breakfast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but it was cleaned well. The Royal Guest House is perfect for 1 or 2 nights stay, any longer and I think the room would be too small

This hotel is basic, but very clean and comfortable. We were on a shopping trip so just needed somewhere to sleep, it was cheap and cheerful. The staff were friendly and it was very near Westfield shopping centre, 5 mins walk and also close to the tube station. Will def stay here on our next trip

Cheap and cheerful. Good central location in West London at a very reasonable price. Rooms might be small but are en suite and clean. Beds were comfortable and continental breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs and toast was more than adequate. Owners were friendly, informal and always available if you needed their assistance. All in all, good practical accommodation for a short stay in London. If you like acres of space, go somewhere else. If not this place has all you need at a fraction of the price
