I was entirely happy with my stay at the Celevland Hotel. The room was an adequate size for London hotels, which tend to be on the small side anyway. The staff were friendly, outgoing and courteous. My room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London. The location and proximity to shops and the underground were excellent!

Really very convenient for public transport, nice food nearby. Staff were helpful as can be, the room was a little smaller but I think it's okay. A nice hotel, Cleveland Hotel. I will come again! :D

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location great. Room lovely and quiet. Thermostat useless as temperature kept resetting itself automatically. Problems with housekeeping staff. Room very dusty and floor dirty when I arrived. Room not vacuumed daily and on one occasion garbage not emptied and bath mat rolled up wet leaving puddle on floor.
