We stayed here and found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy- would definitely staff here again!

Pacific Hotel London is acceptable for a one night stay close to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. However, didn't serve breakfast until 7.30 which is no good for getting to the airport in time for a morning flight

The hotel was having refurbishment work at reception, but the staff were polite and helpful. The only thing missing was tea making facility in the room. The room was also clean, pleasant staff and overall good value for money.
