Clean room, good location. Although the room was clean there was no hot water in the morning

Acceptable budget solution. Small but clean rooms. Friendly staff. Limited hot water capacity in the mornings. Close to Kings Cross underground

For the price the Arriva was good. Cheap and cheerful! Room was clean and an ideal size for the two of us to enjoy. Advice to be up early if you want a warm shower as we had to experience a cold shower on both mornings when up just after 9
