Airways Hotel was very lovely and had inviting staff, the room was small but extremely comfortable and very very clean. Perfect for what we needed. We'd definately recommend to others, and we would most definately book Airways Hotel again if we visit London in the future

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable Lovely shower very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Breakfast basic but plenty of it. Problem with plug in sink was sorted out very quickly. The only issue I had with the room was that there was a smal step between ensuite and room. I missed it a couple of times and I would imagine many people have also done this. I solved the problem by putting one of the towels on the step to make it more obvious, some contrasting tape would do the trick. Would definitely book AIrways Hotel again

Overall I found Airways Hotel hotel reasonably comfortable during my stay. The room is clean and equipped with flat screen tv, hot water and other ammenities Staffs are friendly and very attentive. Only complaint, there is no lift in the hotel building. Its quite a struggled with luggage when you stay in high floor
