Clean, tidy and compact. Bedroom and Bathroom whilst small, were fully serviceable and comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast in the morning. Exhibition Court Hotel 4 was good value for the price

Central location. You get what you pay for. Friendly. Decent breakfast if you not mind sharing large table. Small rooms but fairly clean. Bit noisy at night with underground so close. Would go back if I wasnt trying to impress anyone. Not suitable for folk with mobility problems due to lots of narrow stairs

I wanted a cheap hotel near Kensington Olympia and I found this place. I know Earl’s Court quite well and I was a bit apprehensive because I’ve stayed in the area before and some places are a bit grubby. Okay, this hotel isn’t perfect, but for the price it’s fine. The rain showers are a nice touch and I love them. The location is great too. It was clean, which is the most important thing for me. And there are in-room safes. A friendly bunch, got a decent night’s sleep. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would stay again

This small hotel is nicely located near Earl's Court tube station (sadly this is the only positive part of my review). The members of staff are unfriendly (huge lack of interest in their guests) and have very poor English communication skills! The rooms are tiny, not clean and extremely dated. Could do with a complete refurbishment! Far too expensive compared to other hotels. Would definitely NOT recommend
