It’s best to come by car when staying at Emerald Guest House as it’s ten to fifteen minutes drive from Edinburgh city centre. Alternatively you can catch the bus from outside that will take you straight to Princes Street, one of the main shopping thoroughfares. Whilst in Edinburgh you have to visit the Castle that dominates the cities skyline and Royal Yacht Britannia which is berthed at Leith docks. You should also take time to visit Arthur’s Seat, an extinct volcano that offers fabulous views!

• By Car : From the A720 take the Gilmerton junction and at the roundabout take the first exit signposted Edinburgh city centre. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Drum Street signposted the A772 and you will find Emerald Guest House on your right.
