In the room it looked as though there was newish furniture, bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were nice and clean. The shower could have been cleaner the sink in the room. It was ok for what I wanted, a room to stay for one night as I had to be in London for 7.30 am Monday morning to go to the private hospital, I was able to have breakfast as I was having an operation they still charged me the price for the breakfast

The room and bathroom were clean at Fitzroy Hotel, towels and bedding were fresh, the coffee in room was nescafe and plenty of supplies, the soap was lux, you could switch your radiator off as it was hot and open window if you put something in sash to keep it open. The down sides were all but one lovely member of staff were rude, mardy and lacked basic manners, the shower was blocked but useable but it wasn’t pleasant and there was only one pillow that wasbt very comfy. Tge porridge for breakfast was gorgeous though and came with lots of fresh blueberries. Not a bad stay in all

Fitzroy Hotel is well localed with restaurants and supermarkets very close. The hotel's room was okay but the shower needed a few repairs to be convenient. The street was a bit noisy and the windows not of good quality. The English breakfast was good and the food was in great quantity
