We are certain we will go backto Brompton Hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delivered to our door and every thing was hot the only criticism is the breakfast coffee.

Great location, 1 minute from tube station, good pubs, bars and restaurants very close by. The hotel was decent enough. Breakfast included tea, toast and boiled eggs. The staff were pleasant but the rooms were too hot. The room was clean but small, but would stay here again no problem. Decent enough price for London aswell, like I said excellent location

The shower in my room did not work...at all. I was promised to get another room, but the communication was so bad that when I got back in the afternoon, they knew nothing about it and were fully booked. I had to shower in other rooms, which were just left by another guest and not yet cleaned and in order to get there I had to walk all the way through the hotel with my towel and everything. It was ridiculous! I've never had such a bad hotel experience! Overall, the rooms had old furniture that needs replacement. The walls were thin. The towels had stains in them. The breakfast was really not enough. Just one cup of jelly for 2 pieces of toast... and an egg that has been boiled for like 15 minutes. Gross. I'm never coming back

Great location. Just slightly tired feel to the room but otherwise fine for the cost

Hotel is very conveniently located. Room was freshly painted, clean and of good size for price/location. Mattress was sagged to one side from guests sitting on side of bed and mattress to being rotated.
