Try and request a room as high up as you can if you stay in the Bluebells Hotel. The lower down rooms were complaining about the noise of the underground when we arrived (we were lucky to not hear it). I'd come back if I wanted a good enough hotel in a brilliant location in London

Nothing about the Bluebells Hotel was amazing, except where it's located. Other than that, everything was ok: the rooms, clean and plain, the staff, friendly enough, the breakfast ok but slow.. etc

We chose the Bluebells Hotel for it's amazing location. It's in Notting Hill, a really prestigious area of London. The biggest let down I would say was the breakfast, if I were to go again, I wouldn't include breakfast in my package

When we arrived we where directed to our room which was clean and tidy. We had booked in for two nights but after the first night we were packed by 07.30 in the morning and had booked in to another hotel. The Fire alarm went off every half an hour during the night, hense we had no sleep. We were there to celebrate our sister's 40th birthday and we spent most of the first night awake due to a faulty alarm. We refused to pay and after speaking to the manager on his mobile and he agreed with us
