Pleasantly suprised! A budget hotel which offers all you need when staying in London. Nice location. Very clean spacious rooms, bathroom with bath and shower, free travel sized shower gel and shampoo, one of each for each member of the party, tea and coffee replenished daily, nice friendly helpful staff, continental breakfast, more than I would eat at home! Fresh coffee available in lounge all day and eve. Close to tubes and bus routes, shops, banks and some tourist attractions, ie Kensington palace, portobello rd! This hotel is everything it says on the website and more, great hotel for the price, affordable for a family staying in London. Defo book Bluebells Hotel again when visiting London! Thanks to all the lovely staff for helping us enjoy our stay

Bluebells Hotel is in a great location for touring in London. The staff seemed a bit unorganised but available enough if you need something. We were a bit disturbed by noisy children in the mornings, not sure if they were residents or visitors. The room was quite adequate, nicely stocked with tea and coffee and the beds comfortable enough. We skipped the breakfast, nothing in the protein department, ok if you just want toast. I liked being in a real neighbourhood and good restaurants, shops nearby. I would suggest offering improved directions for those of us arriving by underground. Upside, transportation of all kinds nearby

Bluebells Hotel is in a beautiful setting and close to downtown London. Loved looking at the neighbourhood. I was very pleased with the price and the rooms were comfortable. I would definitely return. The area for breakfast was very pleasant and the breakfast was adequate

Nice stay at Bluebells Hotel, good service, hotel rooms little dated and old but clean and that's the main thing. Very nice and helpful staff, close to the tube only 5 min walk
