We enjoyed our stay, the room was adequate for our needs as we didn't spend time there during the day. The shower was excellent but the shelf above the basin was badly placed as we couldn't bend down to the basin to wash our faces or rinse our mouths after brushing our teeth. The supply of tea and coffee was ample but only enough milk was given for one cup each. We also found rubbish under the beds from previous guests when we were checking that we had left nothing behind. My only other comment is that the breakfast room staff were very glum, smiles would have been a great improvement. We will definitely stay at the Alhambra again

Very good service. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with information about travel, etc. Room was very clean, breakfast was more than I could eat, and very nice. The shared toilet was clean. Would definitely stay here again, and good value for money

Room was tiny, as was the bath. Only one of us could move around the room at one time, it had so little floor space. Not adequate for 2 suitcases to be open or stored. We were facing a school away from the street, so it was quiet, and large window was great, it opened. Free breakfast was fine.

Extremely convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very reasonable price.

I found the stay pleasant from the beginning. There were good directions to the hotel. The staff were all friendly. The room was larger than the one I had booked (double). The breakfast was as good as they said it would be. The other guests were also friendly and considerate. Only a small problem (the pipes were noisy at night)
