Osterley Park Hotel was cool

Osterley Park Hotel was clean and comfortable with a daily maid service. The bathroom was modern and well appointed and let down only by the pitiful water pressure which made showering a challenge. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. As should be expected aircraft noise was a nuisance with the windows open

I booked two rooms which were disgusting and shabby. We complained and were moved to better secure rooms but I would not stay here again.

Very dirty; the carpets in reception were filthy and we were charged for an early check in. The bathroom was inadequate and the staff were not interested.
