Its a very handy London hotel right next to the popular Notting Hill Gate, I was only there one night and bumped into 3 celebrities! Hotel staff was great, attentive although when calling to come even an hour earlier thers a charge which they dont mention and also even when I arrived at 3pm I was told my room still was not ready! The cheek! I wanted to ask if thers a charge I can make for not having my room on time! Neverthe less my room was very nice, a little warm due to hardly any air coming from windows but still shower was amazing, breakfast was top notch. As its only 10min from Euston Station I'd say id stay again

Pleasant stay with no hassle. Staff friendly and room comfortable. Beds much better than the standard I have experienced in hotels in this price range. The biggest bonus was a cooked self service breakfast that was first class and a range of 'continental' if desired. Most of the competition I looked at before booking only giver the cheaper continental which is a bad customer service option and a cop-out, so I avoided them from past experience too. A general good standard and I would say my stay was trouble and hassle free from an older style London hotel

Nice and quiet hotel. The room was quite small but comfortable. The corridors were narrow and like a labyrinth. Breakfast was reasonably good. The false fire alarm at six o'clock in the morning was unpleasant.

The room is clean and comfortable. It is also conveniently located near tube station. However the water heater and heater didn't work for two out of three days of our stay (one day it was too cold and the next it was too hot). The staff especially front desk was also not very friendly when asked for help
