A very nice friendly hotel in London and received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, they offered us a 2nd floor apartment which was totally out of the question as myself and friend are both disabled. It was not a problem to the staff at all, they quickly made out new paperwork and accommodated us in a double room which was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We had a good night sleep. Nice bathroom with power shower which was great! Off to breakfast, wow! a breakfast fit for a king!, and the best quality bacon and sausages of which I must emphasise because some just give you the cheappies!, but in this case, was the best. Plenty of everything and very enjoyable. The downside: No wifi in rooms, although I took my own by because of the built up area around us no signal! So rooms need wifi definitely. The other downside was the fact that the hotel and especially the rooms do need refurbishing, very old fashioned
